Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Assembly & Test Technician to support manufacturing and testing operations in a semiconductor equipment environment. The candidate will be responsible for assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of semiconductor equipment and components according to work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Execute testing activities for units under test using company-provided test platforms and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and debug minor test failures and equipment issues.
- Conduct functional testing, inspection, and verification to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Perform test cycles according to manufacturing work instructions and procedures.
- Maintain test fixtures, tools, and workstations in good condition.
- Support failure analysis, troubleshooting, rework, and repair activities for non-conforming products.
- Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, datasheets, and technical documents.
- Carry out routine maintenance and calibration for manufacturing and test equipment.
- Practice and maintain 5S standards, safety procedures, and cleanroom discipline.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
