Role Description
This full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist is based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with bank partner and stakeholder to meet sales targets. The specialist will also analyze market trends, prepare reports, and contribute to the development of strategic business initiatives.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and develop new client opportunities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical skills to understand market trends and prepare detailed reports
- Experience in strategic planning, problem-solving, and taking initiative within a business context
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CRM, Microsoft Office)
- Prior experience in the financial or insurance industry is a plus
