Job Responsibilities

  • Preferably from manufacturing industry background
  • Well-versed in full spectrum of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, performance management, training, etc.)
  • Strong experience in handling Industrial Relations (IR) matters, especially group-level disputes
  • Familiar with Malaysia labour laws and compliance requirements
  • Able to support and align HR and Administration practices across multiple entities
  • Experience in handling Bursa-related matters (e.g. Bursa reporting, CSR, governance) is an added advantage

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–10 years of HR & Admin experience
  • At least 2–3 years in a managerial role
