Job Description

This role is responsible for building a strong ecosystem of industry partnerships and developing a pipeline of certified subject matter experts (SMEs) to support Enterprise Business (EB). It ensures Business Academy initiatives are aligned with market needs and produce high-quality, accredited capabilities that can be applied to drive real business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships & Industry Collaboration
  • Own and develop partnerships with industry bodies, certification organisations, academia, and ecosystem players.
  • Identify and activate collaboration opportunities that enhance credibility, accreditation, and market positioning of EB capabilities.
  • Co-create accredited and co-branded programs with partners aligned to enterprise, digital, and emerging tech domains.
SME Pipeline & Readiness
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of certified SMEs across key domains.
  • Ensure SMEs are deployment-ready to support customer engagements, solutioning, and strategic deals.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps and align development priorities to business needs.
Program Impact & Business Relevance
  • Ensure programs produce a strong pipeline of certified talents capable of influencing deals and driving revenue impact.
  • Track effectiveness through measurable outcomes (adoption, certification rates, SME deployment, business contribution).
  • Continuously align programs with market demand and evolving customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Capital, Education, or related field.
  • Certifications in L&D, accreditation, program design, or partnership management are an added advantage.
  • Exposure to industry certifications frameworks (e.g., professional bodies, tech certifications) is a plus.
  • Experience in managing strategic partnerships with industry bodies, academia, certification organisations, or ecosystem partners.
  • Experience in designing or working with certification, accreditation, or co-branded programs.
  • Deep understanding of the Enterprise Business landscape, including digital transformation, cloud, or telco-solution selling.
  • Experience working across cross-functional stakeholders (business, L&D, external partners) to drive collaborative initiatives.
  • Exposure to enterprise, digital, or telco domains, with understanding of market trends and capability needs.
