Job Scope The outsourced ESD Technician shall support daily Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control activities, including but not limited to the following:
Perform routine ESD inspections and audits at production areas.
Monitor compliance with company ESD control procedures and standards.
Verify proper usage of ESD protective equipment by operators and technicians.
Identify and report ESD non-conformance issues.
Conduct ESD workstation verification and validation.
Perform ionizer preventive maintenance and conduct verification
Support ESD qualification activities for new production areas and equipment.
Maintain ESD inspection record.
Support internal and external ESD audits.
Assist engineers in troubleshooting ESD issues.
Qualification Requirements
Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
Basic knowledge of ESD control standards and practices.
Experience in manufacturing or electronics environment preferred.
