Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in testing, assembling, and basic maintenance of welding machines and power tools.
  • Support senior technicians in troubleshooting and repairing welding equipment and related tools.
  • Help prepare demonstration units and showroom displays for customers.
  • Assist in handling customer enquiries, basic tool checks, and simple adjustments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment (housekeeping, tools, and equipment).
  • Accompany technicians for on‑site visits (if required) to observe and learn.

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen, age 18–28.
  • SPM / PT3 / vocational school leaver or equivalent; willingness to learn is more important than formal qualifications.
  • Basic understanding of hand tools, sockets, spanners, and simple workshop machinery is an advantage.
  • Interested in welding, machinery, or power tools and want to grow as a technician.
  • Hardworking, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully.
  • Able to work in a workshop environment (occasional heat, noise, and physical handling of tools/equipment).
  • Location: Kampung Baru Balakong / Kajang / nearby areas preferred (or willing to commute).
