We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Store Manager to join our team on a 3-month contract at our retail store based at OR Tambo International Airport.
This position is ideal for someone with previous store management experience who is looking for flexible, part-time work.
Work Schedule
3 days per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00
Contract duration: 3 months

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the sales staff
Ensure staff meet daily and weekly sales targets
Monitor punctuality, attendance, and staff discipline
Encourage teamwork and professional behaviour in-store
Ensure accurate recording of sales and store activities
Issue appropriate warnings and follow correct staff procedures when required
Oversee store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
Support with basic stock control and reporting of shortages
Handle customer queries or complaints professionally
Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures and daily store readiness
Provide weekly feedback to the owner on sales performance and operational issues
Requirements
Previous store management experience is essential
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage staff effectively
Retail experience in a high-traffic environment is an advantage
