This is a 100% work from home, US Hours, Outbound calling role + Weekend Off.
- We are currently seeking candidates with expertise in inbound and/or outbound roles, specifically those with a background in customer support, tech support, telemarketing, voice appointment setting, or similar fields.

Role: Outbound Specialist, 100% Home based
Job Type: Full 8hr shift, independent contractor (freelance),
US Hours between 3PM SAST - 2AM SAST
TRAINING DATE: March 2026
Starting Salary: Between R5,200 - R8,600 (Performance Based)
Goal:
- Call every number provided and document the phone number type and outcome with 100% accuracy.
- Candidates will be required to run the process and call at least 80 calls/hour
- Follow step-by-step instructions for documenting the result of the call by following the process without making errors.
- Follow a script to confirm information.
- Complete other tasks as deemed appropriate by the manager.
- Self-disciplined and able to manage own workload with minimal supervision
- Meet and Exceed KPIs
- Display proper phone etiquette at all times
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a call center role
- Grade 12/Matric equivalent
- No prior issues of tardiness and absences
- Neutral accent with excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Working hours are aligned with US time zones (between 3PM SAST - 2AM SAST)
- Familiarity with dialer call dispo codes is an advantage
- Familiarity with dialers will be prioritized (Ex: Vicidial)
- Must have a stable internet connection
- Backup internet is required!
- Must have a desktop/laptop with a working cam for virtual meetings and a computer headset (NOT MOBILE HEADSET)
- Must have minimal to no power outage issues
