key responsibilities
- Identify consumer needs
- Inform the consumers on the brand and the products
- Conduct make-up applications while in-store with clients to inspire and help generate client interest and stimulate cast excitement
- Provide feedback from the field via reporting pages
- Maintain and manage all training equipment and kits so that they are in pristine condition and represent the brand in the best way possible
- Maintain optimal stock levels in store and consistently communicate concerns to operations teams including photos and feedback for each visit
- Keep all visual merchandising up to date and gondolas maintained reporting any needs with urgency
- Study and review training materials and education content, as well as staying up to date on competitors and beauty trends
experience
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a market-oriented approach
qualifications
- Professional Diploma as a Make-Up Artist or Aesthetician will be an asset
- Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English
- Advanced user of MS Office applications (especially excel)
