Role Summary
As a Freelance Recruitment Consultant, you will manage end-to-end recruitment assignments on a commission basis. This is a fully remote role with a high degree of autonomy.
Because we operate on a flat-fee model, commissions are lower than traditional percentage-based agencies, but the work is more sustainable, consistent, and relationship-driven.
This role suits experienced recruiters who value doing recruitment right, building trust, and delivering quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: role intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
Engage clients and candidates with professionalism, honesty, and clarity
Collaborate with other consultants when roles require shared effort
Maintain accurate and timely updates in the ATS
Uphold high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and data hygiene
Support ad-hoc recruitment initiatives when required
Requirements
2 to 3+ years of 360 recruitment experience
CEI Certification (Singapore) is mandatory
Strong sourcing, assessment, and closing capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to work independently with accountability
Comfortable using ATS platforms and remote tools
