As a Workday Consultant (Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant, or Manager) in Functional roles for Workday PATT / Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking modules, you will:

  • Ensure timely and quality execution of client deliverables and consult with clients on Workday projects.
  • Possess a broad understanding of cross-functional touchpoints and their impacts within the Workday system.
  • Consult without supervision on complex projects and/or lead Medium Enterprise or Large Enterprise projects.
  • Participate in client sales meetings as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Lead or participate in all stages of the project lifecycle with external clients.
  • Effectively execute medium to large client deliverables from start to finish across multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Manage self and work to project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Listen to client requests, provide subject matter expertise, propose alternatives, and recommend solutions.
  • Discuss and articulate lessons learned from previous client experiences and Workday best practices.
  • Provide direction and guidance internally to less experienced colleagues.
  • Participate in internal business initiatives to assist in building the Strada brand and collateral.
  • Participate in building the Strada brand by engaging in Workday ecosystem product groups/chats.
  • Have specialized and deepened skill set within Workday Financials module(s).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Human Resources, Computer Science, or relevant field of study.
  • Minimum 3 to 7 plus years of previous consulting experience implementing Financials systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, ADP, Ultipro, or other SaaS software solutions.
  • Experience in transforming business process requirements into system configurations.
  • Possess strong facilitation/presentation skills.
  • Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects.
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize conflicting demands and request resources when needed.
  • High attention to detail with an innate ability to dig in and solve complex issues and thoroughly test solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Possesses sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Currently Workday PATT certified or PRO certified required (Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking - must have one or all PATT modules to be considered for the role).
