Position 1: Laborer (Entry Level)
Pay Range: $18–23/hr

This role is ideal for someone motivated, reliable, and ready to learn a skilled trade. No prior experience required — we will train the right person.
Responsibilities
• Assist tradesmen with concrete repair and surface prep
• Mix materials, handle tools, and maintain clean work areas
• Perform grinding, scraping, and demolition tasks
• Support installation of coatings, sealants, and waterproofing systems
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
Requirements
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• No experience required
Position 2: Tradesman – Skilled Concrete Repair Technician
Pay Range: $23–28+ /hr (DOE)
Full‐Time | Experienced Position | Specialty Trade Work
Overview
This role is for candidates with hands‐on experience in concrete repair, coatings, joint sealants, or waterproofing. Ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and can work independently or lead small crews.
Responsibilities
• Perform structural and cosmetic concrete repairs
• Install epoxy/urethane coatings and traffic systems
• Apply joint sealants and waterproofing materials
• Operate grinders, mixers, saws, and specialty equipment
• Read scopes, follow specifications, and ensure high‐quality results
• Train or guide laborers when needed
Requirements
• 2+ years experience in concrete repair, coatings, sealants, or similar trades
• Strong understanding of surface prep and material application
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
