A company is looking for a Health & Benefits - Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative / Support Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Assist accountholders with understanding healthcare reimbursement accounts and provide support during calls

Ensure compliance with internal quality assurance standards and technical policies

Guide accountholders in using online tools and apps for account management and claims submission

Required Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience

2+ years of call center experience

No degree required

Basic understanding of medical / reimbursement terminology preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage up to 50 calls per day
