Role Overview

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising several residential renovation projects from planning through completion. This is a hands-on, field-based role suited for someone with practical construction experience who is ready to step into a management position.

Typical projects include interior renovations, roofing, and general repair work. Most assignments will take place in Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. The company will provide training on internal systems and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits to review project requirements and conditions
  • Help prepare scopes of work, budgets, and timelines
  • Manage multiple residential renovation projects simultaneously
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations
  • Maintain safe job sites and follow NYC safety regulations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners and partners
  • Monitor project progress and keep detailed records
  • Troubleshoot issues in the field to prevent delays

Qualifications

  • Background in residential construction, remodeling, or home improvement
  • Experience handling multiple projects at once
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working on job sites and performing inspections
  • Knowledge of:
  • Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
  • Roofing and exterior repairs
  • General residential construction tasks
  • OSHA Site Safety Training (SST) required
  • Driver’s license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
