What you will do:
Follow safety procedures by safely transferring rolls of extruded plastic from production equipment to pallet
Be dependable and maintain a positive attitude in both individual work and when assisting other team members
Utilize time management skills to oversee up to 3 extrusion lines during a shift, while keeping the work area clean
Accurately use a measuring tape to place cores on the winder shafts
Correctly label and package rolls of extruded plastic and perform audits on all packaging to ensure that it is correct and ready for shipping
Consistently monitor for quality, length, width, gauge, and required customer product presentation
Ensure that all products and packaging reflect Profile’s high-quality standards
What we are looking for:
Ability to repetitively lift 50+ lbs.
Ability to work a 12-hour shift
Ability to work every other weekend
Reliable transportation
Dependability
Positive attitude
Day shift hours are 5:00 am to 5:00 pm with a rotating schedule:
Week 1: Work 4 days = M/T/F/S, 48 hrs including 8 hrs of overtime (OT rate = $31.50 per hr!)
Week 2: Work 3 days = SU/W/TH, 36 hr week
