Some responsibilities of a floor manager are but are not limited to:

-Manage and coordinate all FOH activities

-Manage and coordinate our Delivery and Takeout operations

-Assist with the training and development of all team members

-Ability to support and motivate staff

-Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with all back of house team members

-Adhere to DOH standards and regulations

-Implement policies and protocols

Floor Manager Compensation: starting at $24/hr (based on experience)

What do we need from you: Prior Restaurant Management Experience is required
