Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in home settings, including assisted living facilities. The Nursing Assistant will support patients with daily activities, assist nursing staff, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the patients.
OVERNIGHT SHIFT
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Assist with medication administration under the supervision of nursing staff.
Support patients with mobility needs, including transferring them safely to and from beds or wheelchairs.
Offer emotional support and companionship to patients, particularly those with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient rooms and common areas.
Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records or paper charts as required.
Collaborate effectively with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Perform duties related to the care of patient in her own home.
Assist patient with activities of daily living.

Monitor and record patient vital signs.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Skills
Strong knowledge of anatomy and basic medical terminology.
Familiarity with dementia care practices and techniques.
Proficient in nebulizer care.
Excellent communication skills to provide effective patient service and support.
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
CNA experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
