<strong>Job Description</strong><br><br><b>Job Description</b><br><br><b>Job Summary</b><br><br><b>Job Summary</b><br><ul> <li>Leads in the creation and solution design of architectures for delivery, development, and support of projects.</li> <li>Must have experience integrating multiple applications and varied Databases (such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)</li> <li>Strong experience working with Salesforce customization and Integration.</li> <li>Managing enterprise architecture systems and hands on experience on POCs.</li> <li>Experience in data processing, enterprise data lake and batch processing.</li> <li>Must have strong communication, documentation skills and leading and driving the teams.</li> <li>Provides technical expertise for development teams on projects and initiatives.</li> <li>Guides development teams for technical patterns and best practices</li> <li>Mapping of business capabilities to technical solutions and modules</li> <li>Develops technical Roadmap of applications</li> <li>Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint and design specifications adhering to enterprise architecture and security best practice standards.</li> <li>Collaborate with other architects (IE: Business Architects) and enterprise/domain architects to ensure solutions are optimized and aligned with strategic direction - Some will be offshore.</li> <li>Creating and leading the process of integrating IT systems for it to meet the requirements of an organization</li> <li>Conducting periodic system architecture evaluation and collaborating with project management and IT development team to improve the architecture</li> <li>Evaluating project constrains to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform re-engineering (if required)</li> <li>Updating stakeholders about any issues connected to the architecture</li> <li>Fixing technical issues as they arise</li> <li>Good understanding of enterprise tools and the organization process.</li> <li>Experience with various processes within Healthcare Domain</li> <li>Analyzing the business impact that individual technical choices may have on a client's business processes</li> <li>Continuously researching emerging technologies and proposing changes to the existing architecture</li> <li>Creating and maintaining, enhancing procedures, processes, and designs for the organization's systems</li> <li>Mentor and guiding development teams</li></ul><br><br><b>Job Qualifications</b><br><br><b>Required Education:</b><br><ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Services, or other IT related</li></ul><br><b>Required Experience:</b><br><ul> <li>6 years' experience as a Solution Architect or in a Lead Architect Role managing and maintaining enterprise systems</li> <li>3 yrs experience on the Healthcare Domain Business Process</li> <li>3 yrs Experience with complex solutioning with vendor Integration: Cloud Integration</li> <li>3 yrs Experience with full stack development and deployment </li> <li>Experience in Salesforce and MS Azure.</li> <li>Microservice and API Strategy </li> <li>Hands-on PowerShell scripting and other JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, NodeJS.</li> <li>Troubleshooting and Optimize SQL Queries and Slowness/bottlenecks.</li> <li>Security Standards and guidelines - Encryption, Web Tokens, Single SignOn, API data Security standards</li> <li>Experience in various DevOps and DevSecOps Strategies</li> <li>Web N-Tier Architecture and Architecture Design Patterns.</li></ul><br><b>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b><br><ul> <li>Experienced in development (Programming) skills and Performance tuning of applications</li> <li>Superior communication skills</li> <li>Excellent project and resource management skill</li> <li>In-depth business and technical analysis skills</li> <li>Risk identification and management skills</li> <li>Ability to consult management and engineering teams, with technical advice regarding business analysis, project management, IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud development, and software architecture design</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations</li> <li>Ability to understand how different parts of business operations are connected and how business processes achieve their goals</li> <li>Ability to define the beneficial solutions and the ones which are inefficient for a particular business need</li> <li>Experience with reviewing and ensuring systems are built to adhere with the Compliance and Legal Department Mandates and Requirements.</li></ul><br><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b><br><br><ul> <li>Graduate degree</li> <li>Microsoft cloud offering/solutions</li> <li>ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation </li> <li>EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) -
