<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>The Controller is responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of the organization’s financial records and reporting, including oversight of the General Ledger and Fixed Asset systems. This position provides leadership and oversight for the accounting, revenue audit, count team, payroll, and accounts payable functions, and partners with Purchasing and Inventory Control to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective internal controls. The Controller is also responsible for ensuring that Gaming and Non‑Gaming audits are complete and accurate and that any discrepancies are reported in accordance with State Regulations, Casino & Resort’s Internal Control System, and departmental procedures.</p><p>This role works closely with the VP of Finance, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Compliance, and Internal Audit to support regulatory compliance, financial analysis, and decision‑making. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.</p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p><p>· Minimum of five (5) years of accounting/financial management experience required; casino/gaming industry experience preferred.</p><p>· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Commission.</p><p></p>
