<p>Position Summary:</p><p>The Security Manager under the direct supervision of the Security Director, oversees all aspects of the Casino Security Department through effective departmental leadership and is responsible for administering an effective professional security and safety program to provide a safe and secure environment for Guests, Team Members and Company assets. Responsibilities are performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. The Security Manager will report directly to the Security Director. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p> Minimum Qualifications:</p><p>· <strong>Minimum of five (5) years of casino security experience with three (3) years of these years in a supervisory capacity or above; manager experience preferred. </strong></p><p>· Registered with California BSIS required or ability to acquire one (employer will provide upon hire).</p><p>· Ability to pass firearms qualification and obtain an Exposed Firearms License from BSIS required (employer will provide upon hire).</p><p>· Minimum of three (3) years of firearms experience preferred.</p><p>· Experience in risk and safety required.</p><p>· Casino opening experience in a security management position preferred.</p><p>· Demonstrated experience in training.</p><p>· Current First Aid, CPR and AED certifications required or ability to acquire one (employer will provide upon hire).</p><p>· Current RBS certificate required or ability to acquire one (employer will provide upon hire).</p>
