General Description:
The Associate Director, Global Talent Management – Europe (BeOne Medicines) will serve as both a strategic leader and a tactical problem-solver. This role will lead, adapt, and operationalize global talent initiatives in Europe, ensuring alignment with BeOne’s HR strategy pillars – Global Foresight, HR Excellence, Leadership Empowerment, and Exceptional People – while advancing BeOne Medicines’ strategy.
The Associate Director will support operational objectives, policies, and procedures, while simultaneously shaping long-term talent strategies that impact regional success and global alignment.

Proven ability to design and implement strategic and operational talent management initiatives.
Strong analytical, evaluation, and reporting skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade in complex, sensitive contexts while preserving relationships.
Highly skilled in program and project management, with strong organizational capabilities.
Fluent in English; additional European languages strongly preferred.
Travel: 10 - 15%
