Overview
We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to lead and grow our multidisciplined engineering team, spanning hardware, embedded systems, optics, software, mechanical and thermal design.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years' experience in engineering leadership, with a strong technical background in system and board level design and development for Datacentre/ HPC integration.
Additionally, they should have experience in project management, implementing engineering processes and test & validation systems, and operating in a fast-paced start-up environment.

- Proven track record of delivering complex hardware products
- Project management experience in early-stage hardware prototyping through to commercial production via outsourced manufacturing
- Strong track record of building and scaling engineering teams
- Experience of implementing engineering processes and test & validation systems
