Job Description:
We are hiring Aesthetics Therapists to join our growing clinic. We are looking for motivated, professional therapists with a minimum Level 3 qualification (Level 4 preferred) who are confident in following aesthetic or beauty treatments and open to training.
We are happy to build a strong team by training the right candidates (experience in the following always preferred).
What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your experience, you may perform a combination of:
- Facials (HydraFacial, Environ, SkinPen Precision, PRXT 33 Chemical Peel, basic facials)
- Laser Hair Removal (Soprano Titanium)
- LPG Endermologie
- Cryo Fat Freezing & Toning
- Massages
- Waxing
- Eye Treatments (waxing, threading, tinting)
- Client skincare consultations and at-home skincare guidance
- Client Body Contouring Personal Assessments and guidance
- (Environ, Advanced Nutrition Programme by IIAA, and other professional brands – training provided)
Required Skills & Attributes
- Confident, professional communication with clients
- Ability to remain calm, polite, and professional under pressure
- Comfortable handling difficult or rude clients when needed
- Strong teamwork and willingness to support other therapists and reception staff
- Ability to coordinate with the clinic team during busy periods
- Confident carrying out consultations and explaining treatments
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskill
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments or products to clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of equipment and treatment areas to comply with health and safety regulations.
- Provide professional advice on skincare routines and product usage to optimise results.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed and client preferences for future reference.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through ongoing training and professional development.
What We’re Looking For (Experience)
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy minimum (Level 4 preferred)
- Confidence in some/most treatments listed above
- Willingness to train and develop additional skills
- Professional, client-focused approach
- Comfortable working weekday and/or weekend shifts
- Good spoken English (intermediate or above)
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide personalised advice.
