<p style="text-align:left"><b>Title:</b></p>Senior Consultant, Advisory & Consulting<p></p><p></p><p><b><u>Job Responsibilities:</u></b></p><p>Reporting to the General Manager, the individual will work within the Global Advisory & Consulting team, in close collaboration with the organization’s vast engineering, technology, and scientific resource base.</p><p>Job responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):</p><ul><li><p><span>Support and take responsibility for project management and project deliverables, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in leading client engagements across the project lifecycle.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in managing client/external stakeholder relationships (including government authorities and regulatory agencies).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide support in originating and developing projects that contribute to the growth of the Advisory & Consulting business portfolio, primarily through effective client management and by supporting the clients assigned to you</span>.</p></li><li><p>Apply strict confidentiality protocols and data warehousing rules to protect client, third-party, and proprietary company information.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate resources and expertise with other offices and business units worldwide to deliver leading-edge solutions and excellent techno-commercial outcomes.</p></li><li><p><span>Guide and support junior team </span>members in delivering project outputs, fostering continuous improvement in quality and standards.</p></li><li><p>Provide inputs and support for strategic market communications.</p></li><li><p>Represent the organization at public/industry functions and conferences to uphold and enhance the organization’s brand, especially in Asia.</p></li><li><p><span>Leverage existing expertise and actively contribute and support to </span>developing thought leadership and subject matter expertise in critical energy transition areas, including:</p></li></ul><p>- Decarbonized hydrogen/ammonia, biofuels/e-fuels, carbon abatement, and management (including but not limited to CCS/CCUS).</p><p>- Heavy end-users of energy, including (but not limited to) oil & gas, petrochemicals, industrial, manufacturing, technology providers, data center operators, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and power sectors.</p><p>- Regulations and policy across the region. Cross-sector understanding of decarbonization policies, particularly for heavy producers and/or end-users of energy, would be key capabilities and depth of knowledge sought.</p><p>-Expertise in CCS/CCUS deployment strategies, carbon abatement, and integration of low-carbon technologies across industrial sectors, with the ability to advise heavy energy users (oil & gas, petrochemicals, manufacturing, data centers, power industry) on decarbonization pathways and compliance with regional regulations and policies.</p><p>-Strong background in sustainability strategy planning and ESG gap analysis, ensuring alignment with global reporting standards such as GRI and ISSB, while supporting cross-sector regulatory compliance and energy transition initiatives.</p><p>- Experience in driving decarbonization strategies within the technology sector. Contribute and support the regional teams to deliver Market Studies, Concept Development, Feasibility Assessments, and Pre-FEED projects, ensuring all outputs are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with technical specifications requirements.</p><p></p><p> <b><u>Job Requirements:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in chemistry/chemical engineering.</p></li><li><p><span>8 years of energy/related industry experience, with 3+ years specific to several energy transition topics listed above.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with advisory consulting firms, with demonstrated capability to grow advisory business, will be an advantage.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Capability in delivering high-end advisory projects and managing key stakeholders is well-regarded.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good understanding of Energy Transition technical concepts and commercial feasibility.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with the broad ESG ecosystem, including local and international carbon markets, rules, and regulations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrate business acumen (ability to grasp the commercial feasibility of proposals) and financial literacy (ability to understand basic financial concepts and evaluation methods).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to work collaboratively with direct team members, as well as broader colleagues.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p>
