Under the direction of the Occupational Therapist the COTA will reputed company habilitation or rehabilitation occupational therapy services to clients in their residence.
Performs reputed company occupational therapy procedures planned and supervised by a reputed company Occupational Therapist in accordance with the plan of care
Assists and instructs clients in pushing wheelchair, supporting or lifting, positioning in and out of bed and other activities of daily living
Assists in specialized motor or self-help activities, constructs supportive or assistive devices

Participates in case conferences, staff meetings and in-service programs as required
