<p>Key senior hire and integral to the ambitious growth plan for a successful Engineering & Technical Recruitment Company.</p>
<p>The business is growing fast. The number of recruiters being hired or due to start in 2022 now requires a senior recruitment manager work along side a training manager to support the teams training and personal career plan .</p>
<p>You will be hands on and tailor the support of each recruitment consultant depending their own industry and recruitment experience background . There is currently a mix of trainees and experienced recruiters with an additional 20 hires planned next year .Your role is to ensure the team deliver expected results .</p>
<p><b>Level </b></p>
<p>Mid to Senior Leadership Management</p>
<p>*Would consider any proven senior recruitment consultant/ managing or principle consultant or recruitment manager that has been involved in training and supporting recruitment consultants .</p>
<p><b>Essential Experience</b></p>
<p>Sales recruitment experience and /or management in a recruitment agency environment.</p>
<p>Desirable sector knowledge -Engineering , Technical , Pharmaceutical , Medical Devices , Manufacturing ,FMCG , Food & Drink ,white collar professional permanent recruitment .</p>
