You will design, configure, and support Enterprise Digital Manufacturing Systems, specifically Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Responsibilities

  • Design and configure ETQ Reliance to support manufacturing applications and solutions.
  • Gather, define, and develop complex manufacturing requirements through direct customer interaction.
  • Manage data migration from legacy systems to new digital solutions.
  • Troubleshoot IT systems, data interfaces, and technical documentation for new and existing applications.
  • Promote standardization across divisions by implementing industry best practices and Manufacturing 4.0 strategies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of application developer experience with hands-on configuration and customization.
  • 2+ years of experience working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming using .NET and Python.
  • Strong SQL scripting skills and experience with relational databases like SQL Server.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to design, develop, test, and document quality system requirements independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and provide accurate time and effort estimates.

Preferred Skills

  • Application development experience specifically within ETQ Reliance.
  • Knowledge of quality processes such as Document Control, Change Management, Audit, and CAPA.
  • Experience with FDA validation, Project Management, Apache Tomcat, or REST APIs (MuleSoft).
