Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics and provide actionable insights. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people analytics and HR data analysis. Provide guidance and support to HR teams in using data to inform decision-making. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection, management, and analysis. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance data capabilities. Participate in the development and implementation of new HR programs and initiatives based on data insights. Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and tools. Communicate complex technical concepts and findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders. Take a proactive approach in identifying and addressing potential data integrity issues. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
