We are an established US energy technology company that partners with major utilities. We are hiring an experienced appointment setter for a focused outbound program.
The work:
• Work a provided list of ~100 named North American utility accounts (400 to 500 contacts) using a provided script and email sequences
• One goal: book 30 minute demo calls with our VP of Partnerships. Secondary goal: register prospects for a monthly webinar
• Phone, email, and LinkedIn touches on a structured cadence, all logged in HubSpot
• You will work under our company identity with a company email address
• 15 to 20 hours per week during US business hours, 3 month initial engagement with extension likely
You:
• 3+ years of B2B appointment setting into enterprise or regulated industries (utilities, government, healthcare, financial services)
• Comfortable with long nurture cycles and senior, skeptical buyers
• Excellent spoken and written English, professional phone presence
• Experienced with HubSpot or similar CRM, call recording for QA is required
• US based, references available
Compensation:
• Hourly rate with a weekly hour cap, plus a bonus per held, qualified meeting
• Paid one week trial project on a small account slice to start
