We are a wedding venue looking for a creative editor who knows how to turn raw videos and photos into content that people actually stop to watch. We're not looking for traditional wedding highlight videos—we're looking for someone who understands social media, storytelling, trends, and how to create content that inspires engaged couples to book a tour and then book the venue!

We're a family-owned wedding venue outside Chicago with two unique venues and over 13 years of creating unforgettable celebrations. We're looking for a creative editor who can help us stand out on social media and inspire engaged couples to book a tour.
This is not a traditional wedding video editing job.
Our goal isn't to get more likes—it's to create content that fills our tour calendar.
What You'll Do
We'll provide you with raw content, including:
Wedding videos
Event footage
Professional photography
iPhone photos & videos
Client testimonials
Google reviews
Behind-the-scenes content
Vendor features
Staff videos
Your job is to transform those assets into engaging social media content.
Instagram Reels
TikToks
Facebook Reels
Photo carousels
Story graphics
Pinterest Pins
Promotional videos
FAQ videos
Before & after transformations
Venue showcases
Educational wedding tips
Create/Organize the content library so footage can be repurposed for future campaigns.

What We're Looking For
Someone who:
Thinks like a storyteller and marketer—not just an editor.
Understands pacing, hooks, captions, and viewer retention.
Can create compelling content using both video and photography.
Stays current with Instagram, TikTok, and the short-form video industry & social trends.
Is organized, creative, dependable, and communicates well.
Experience with weddings is a bonus—but it's not required.
We're more interested in your ability to create content that people actually watch and share.
