We are seeking a dynamic <strong>Customer Service Representative</strong> who enjoys a variety of tasks and responsibilities and is eager to learn new skills. Team members will learn all aspects of the services we provide in order to assist our clients. The right candidate has a passion for customer service and a working knowledge of the film/tv industry. They will contribute creatively and share their perspective for improving customer service and user interface. All team members are currently working <strong>REMOTELY. </strong> We are seeking to add team members who are based in California.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Please read the FULL DESCRIPTION before applying.<br><br><ul><li>Customer support for Actors, Talent Representatives, Casting Directors and Filmmakers </li><li>Email, phone, and chat support </li><li>Liaison with Casting regarding their projects </li><li>Proofread, write and copy edit </li><li>Outreach, seminars and demos: train new users and participate in educational seminars and events </li><li>Provide technical support and instruction on how to navigate our site and services (one-on-one and to larger groups) </li><li>Work with our other offices to provide a cohesive customer support experience </li><li>Stay up-to-date on new product features, and site improvements</li></ul>
