Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting open communication.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, set goals, and provide feedback to ensure employee growth and development.
HR Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company goals and objectives.
Compliance: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company HR practices are in full compliance.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, design programs, and facilitate learning opportunities for employees to enhance their skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
