We’re currently hiring for an exciting Workday implementation project with a leading media organization, transitioning from UKG to Workday.

📍 Job Details

• Location: 100% Remote (EST / CST preferred)
• Duration: June 8 – August 31
• Schedule: ~30 hours per week

🔧 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant (Onshore, USA) with strong hands-on expertise in:

✅ Workday US Payroll
✅ Workday Absence Management
✅ Workday Time Tracking

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Provide testing support across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules
• Support end-user and business teams during implementation
• Assist with knowledge transfer and documentation
• Help ensure a smooth transition from UKG to Workday

⚠ Note: This role is focused on support and testing only — no configuration or development work

• Supporting ~4,000 employees
• Complex workforce structure with 50+ unions
• Large-scale enterprise Workday implementation

✅ Ideal Candidate

• Strong functional experience in Workday US Payroll
• Experience with Absence Management & Time Tracking
• Prior experience in Workday implementations or testing support
• Ability to work in highly complex environments (union/payroll)
• Excellent communication and knowledge transfer skills
