We’re looking for an experienced accounting or finance professional who’s ready to step into a client-facing, strategic advisory role. This position is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation and exposure to higher-level finance work—budgeting, forecasting, and strategy—who wants to partner directly with small business leaders to help them understand their numbers and make better decisions.
You’ll combine hands-on financial analysis with collaborative, big-picture discussions that guide our clients’ growth.
What You’ll Do for Clients
Review and interpret financial statements to provide actionable insights
Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models tailored to client needs
Prepare and lead high-level strategy sessions with business owners
Translate financial data into clear, non-technical language for decision-making
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact client profitability and growth
Advise on best practices for inventory-based and ecommerce business models
Partner with our accounting team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to support their financial goals
What You Bring
5+ years in accounting, finance, or advisory roles with exposure to CFO-level responsibilities
Ability to translate financial data into meaningful strategies for clients
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Confident, clear communicator in client-facing discussions
Bonus: Experience with inventory-based or ecommerce businesses

Pay: $50–$55/hour, based on experience
Schedule: ~10 hrs/week, all hours completed before 12:00 PM ET
Type: Part-time, 1099 contract
Location: Remote (U.S.-based; EST preferred)
