Warm Lead Intake & Referral Coordinator (Remote | Part-Time | Flexible Hours)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented remote assistant to manage warm leads from real estate agents.

Important: You will NOT be cold calling or generating leads. I personally handle all outreach. Your job begins only after a realtor has expressed interest.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to interested realtors.

Briefly explain how our financing process works.

Answer basic process-related questions (no financial or lending advice).

Schedule and coordinate introductions between the realtor, the homebuyer, and our lending partner.

Follow up to ensure everyone has connected successfully.

Keep accurate notes in our CRM or Google Sheets.

Maintain professional communication throughout the process.

Send follow-up emails and reminders when necessary.

You Will NOT Be Responsible For

Cold calling or prospecting.

Selling financial products.

Quoting interest rates or loan terms.

Giving mortgage advice.

Negotiating financing.

Collecting sensitive financial documents.

Closing loans.

Your role is simply to guide interested parties through the introduction process and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Ideal Candidate

Excellent spoken and written English.

Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone.

Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.

Comfortable speaking with realtors and homebuyers.

Experience as a virtual assistant, customer success representative, account coordinator, appointment setter, or transaction coordinator is a plus.

Familiar with Email and messaging services.

Hours

Remote

Flexible

Approximately 5–10 hours per week initially, with room to grow.

Must be available during U.S. Eastern business hours when needed.
