Warehouse Worker II

About the position

The Forklift Operator at Aramark is responsible for managing the flow of stock and products within the warehouse. This includes receiving, processing, and preparing orders for delivery or pickup, as well as conducting inventory and quality control. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and effective communication skills to ensure smooth operations and security of company assets.

Responsibilities

• Performs transfers of products and/or merchandise to and from the warehouse
,
• Responsible for receiving products and merchandise, checking for quality and damage, and proper storage
,
• Operates equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
,
• Performs physical inventory as needed
,
• Processes requests for supplies and prepares merchandise for delivery and shipping
,
• Ensures security of company assets
,
• Completes other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
,
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks
,
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
,
• Basic math and counting skills required
,
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
,
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
