Your role will involve sorting boxes and arranging them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators, picking and packing products of various sizes, and using lifting equipment for heavy items. You will also utilize an RF scanner and be responsible for loading and unloading semi-trailers with completed pallets.<p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Sort boxes and arrange them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators.</li><li>Pick and pack products ranging from handheld boxes to thousand-pound machine parts using a lift.</li><li>Utilize an RF scanner for inventory management.</li><li>Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets.</li><li>Ensure high attention to detail to prevent shipping errors.</li></ul><h2>Essential Skills</h2><ul><li>Experience in picking and packing products.</li><li>Proficiency in using an RF scanner.</li><li>Capability to load and unload semi-trailers.</li><li>Operating lifting equipment.</li></ul><h2>Additional Skills & Qualifications</h2><ul><li>3-6 months of warehouse experience.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.</li><li>Flexible with working hours and able to work mandatory overtime.</li><li>Forklift experience is preferred but not required; willingness to operate a forklift is necessary.</li><li>High attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.</li><li>Ability to work in a multicultural environment.</li></ul><h2>Why Work Here?</h2><p>We offer forklift training and certification along with great long-term advancement opportunities. You will work in a large, open facility that serves as a parts distribution center. Our inclusive team is made up of individuals from diverse backgrounds, all united by a common goal of maintaining high-quality standards. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 3 pm to 1:30 am, with expected overtime until 2 am and occasional Saturdays.
