The Warehouse Associate Manufacturing II position at Southwire Company, LLC is a critical role within the manufacturing process, focusing on the efficient handling of raw materials and finished goods. This position is located at the Villa Rica Plant and operates on a swing shift from 4:50 PM to 5:00 AM. The primary responsibilities include unloading raw materials from incoming trucks, maintaining organized raw material and work-in-progress (WIP) zones, and ensuring the smooth flow of products to and from the warehouses. The associate will also be responsible for loading finished goods onto trucks for shipment, utilizing SAP/Advaris to keep accurate inventory records, and applying the correct printed tags to finished products. The role requires operating a forklift to transport materials and finished products, ensuring safety and compliance with company standards. In addition to the core responsibilities, the Warehouse Associate will engage in cross-training on various equipment within their workgroup, allowing for flexibility and skill enhancement. The position demands a commitment to quality, requiring associates to perform quality checks and report any issues immediately. Responsibilities
Unload raw materials arriving at receiving docks.

Set up and maintain raw material and WIP zones.

Build out loads and coordinate product flow to and from the WIP and finished goods warehouses.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (or willingness to obtain through Pathway to Success program).
