About the Role
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate / Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our busy warehouse. This is a long-term, full-time position (not seasonal or temporary). You’ll handle daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment, and occasionally make local deliveries in a company van.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily shipping clerk duties: prepare UPS & FedEx shipments using computer systems
  • Handle receiving clerk tasks: unload trucks, check in deliveries, and stock materials
  • Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) to move inventory
  • Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment
  • Greet and assist will-call customers with professionalism
  • Make occasional local deliveries (non-CDL driver, company van provided)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience as a warehouse associate, shipping clerk, or order fulfillment worker preferred
  • Computer literate; experience with UPS/FedEx shipping software a plus
  • Forklift experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Physically able to lift to 75 lbs, stand/walk for long periods
