Position Overview:
We are looking for two confident, articulate Virtual Event Hosts (one male and one female) to lead and moderate live online events on Zoom. These sessions are typically product showcases, vendor spotlights, or partner-led presentations. As the host, you will follow a provided script, introduce speakers, and maintain the professional flow of the event—while giving the spotlight to our invited guests.

Event Details:

• Frequency: 1 to 3 times per month
• Duration: Each event lasts 30 to 90 minutes
• Schedule: Events take place between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM Eastern Time, including weekdays and weekends
• Format: Zoom or similar virtual platform
• Main Task: Follow a structured script, keep the event on schedule, and turn the stage over to featured vendors, manufacturers, or partners

Responsibilities:

• Host and moderate virtual events live on camera
• Welcome participants, introduce speakers, and manage event flow
• Follow the provided script carefully and maintain timing discipline
• Use basic Zoom controls (mute/unmute, spotlight speakers, manage chat, screen sharing)
• Support a smooth and engaging attendee experience

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication and camera presence
• Male and female voices both needed (two positions)
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet, professional home setup
• Prior experience in public speaking, hosting, webinars, or performance is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and represent the brand with professionalism
• Bonus (not required): Understanding of Mandarin Chinese is helpful but not required

Compensation:

• Paid per event
• Competitive hourly rate depending on experience
