Office Assistant / Sales Coordinator,

  • Prior experience in real estate or business licensing services is highly desirable

* Assist in day-to-day office tasks and coordination

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries

* Maintain and organize company records and client databases

* Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads and follow-ups

* Assist in document preparation and submissions for business setups

* Support real estate listings, property documentation, and client visits

* Perform general administrative duties and multitasking as required
