Join our Telephone Fundraising team, where every call helps support life-changing work. We proudly fundraise on behalf of some of the UK’s best-known charities, helping raise awareness and money to improve lives every day.

We’re looking for passionate fundraisers to help deliver vital work for our charities through to the end of November 2025.

What we’re looking for from you:

  • Understanding of key issues faced by your charities and how the support gained can make a lasting difference
  • Ability to deliver exceptional supporter care
  • Ability to communicate personably and effectively, with empathy to a diverse range of individuals
  • Excellent relationship management skills with proven ability to motivate others
  • Strong interpersonal skills – able to communicate with supporters and colleagues with confidence and fluency, both face to face, on the telephone and online
  • Excellent organisation/administrative, prioritising skills and ability to work to multiple deadlines
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong teamwork and good interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills
  • Contact centre experience, experience of working in a target-driven environment, or fundraising experience a significant benefit

What we offer:

  • £12.60 per hour starting rate
  • Work-from-home with flexible shifts
  • 28 days of holiday (pro-rata), plus access to our company pension scheme
  • Four-weekly pay, with access to 50% of your earnings the morning after each shift via Wagestream

Job Type: Full-time until the end of November 2025

Pay: From £12.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 28 per week

Monday to Friday only - no weekend work
