Allen also offers programs for students for those participating in international Olympiads.</p><p>Allen is known for its comprehensive academic system, experienced faculty and various learning platforms like classroom, distance and e-learning.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Subjects</u>: Maths, Physics</p><p><u>Job Description</u>:</p><ul><li>Design and own the academic structure and progression of the curriculum aligned with competitive exams, school boards or international standards.</li><li>Supervise creation of high-quality learning materials including video lectures, assessments, animations, study material and question banks.</li><li>Ensure conceptual clarity, accuracy and pedagogical coherence across all content.</li><li>Recruit, train and lead a team of SME’s, content developers, and educators. Conduct regular reviews and ensure team alignment with academic goals.</li></ul><p><u>Qualification & Experience:</u></p><ul><li>B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E./M.Sc./Ph.D from a reputed institution</li><li>7+ Years of teaching or academic leadership experience</li><li>At least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within an ed-tech, test prep.</li><li>Relevant experience in cbse 10th board curriculum</li><li>Deep subject expertise and academic rigor</li><li>Candidates with an English-medium background at Class X, Class XII, Degree levels will be preferred</li><li>Strong instructional design and content review skills</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with ed-tech platforms, digital tools and LMS is a plus</li></ul><p></p>
