Key Responsibilities
  • Implement established marketing and operational systems
  • Engage with and qualify professional candidates via phone and/or video conversations
  • Support and guide individuals through structured onboarding and development processes
  • Participate in ongoing training, collaboration, and strategy sessions
  • Operate independently while working within a proven framework and support structure
About You
  • 7+ years of professional experience (EA, HR, Operations, Office Management, Project Coordination, or similar)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Interested in professional growth, leadership, and long-term career development
  • Able to commit a minimum of 15โ€“20 hours per week
