For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification Be familiar with using the hospital computer systems to access data and patient data as necessary. Be familiar with using the radiotherapy booking system to access patient appointments Take part in the management of patient pathways, appointments, and information needs for the stereotactic service Assessment and understanding of radiotherapy bookings and associated appointments Responsible for timely and accurate response and redirection to booking requests Attend the stereotactic multi-disciplinary meetings as necessary and relevant to role Communicate all information in relation to patient pathway as requested to patients. Be able to demonstrate empathetic skills when communicating with patients. Maintain and develop own personal standards of care and technical ability in relation to role Filing and photocopying upon request of the Superintendent
