About the position

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed annual revenue targets by developing and advancing current and future-looking partnerships
  • Develops and coaches Client Partner team to deliver data-driven strategies to clients
  • Provide account-level annual forecasting, account book development and delegation of quota across the team
  • Advocate for the Voice of the Customer across the organization to build a best-in-class Retail Media Network
  • Provide accurate account-level forecasting for annual and period-level cadences with minimal call variance
  • Develops partnerships with merchandising team as a Category Captain
  • Provides mentorship for Client Success and Cross-functional teams
  • Keen focus on demand generation and account penetration strategies including tracking relevant sales metrics (deal slippage, response rates, win rates, etc.)
  • Provide support for client escalation needs
  • Provides guidance for Client Partners with QBR/T2T/ Lunch & Learn strategies
  • Attend industry conferences; co-present with clients on Collective Client case studies
  • Attend client meetings/ travel for clients as needed (T2T/ QBR/ Lunch & Learns)
  • Responsible for developing Broker relationships
  • Continuously monitor, learn and develop knowledge of retail media landscape
  • Attract, hire and retain top advertising sales leaders

Requirements

  • 8 years in Sales/Media/Retail space
  • 2 years' experience with a track record of leading successful sales teams
  • Demonstrated experience leading QBR/T2T/JBP for C-Suite audience
  • Proven ability to foster partnerships with merchandising partners
