This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic vision, requiring someone who can dive deep into data analysis while helping shape the future of our people analytics capabilities. Working alongside our existing senior Workday report writer, this analyst will focus on advanced analytics, insights generation, and executive-level storytelling with data. The ideal candidate will have Workday experience but will primarily use that data for sophisticated analysis and strategic recommendations rather than operational reporting.</span></div><div but not necessarily building operational reports</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman' , serif;">Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation</span></li><li style="line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman' , serif;">Strong expertise with data visualization and presentation tools (Tableau, Power BI,
