About the position

Responsibilities

• Inventory management of parts and materials across the site.
• Maintaining accurate records in electronic systems.
• Ensuring the efficient flow of parts & materials to automation lines.
• Developing skills in inventory management and automation technology.
• Controlling processes from a computer.
• Participating in a work team to influence business-related problems.

Requirements

• Reliable and eager to learn new systems and technology at a quick pace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
• Experience with computerized administration systems (e.g. Word, Excel, Inventory Management Systems).
• Strong technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
• Experience operating manufacturing or material handling equipment.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in Warehouse, Distribution Center, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Quality Assurance.
• Fluency in working on a computer and with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with warehouse management systems such as JDA or SAP.
