Job Description:

  • Plan, set up, implement, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related platforms
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and search trend analysis to uncover growth opportunities
  • Write and test ad copy to improve click-through and conversion rates
  • Partner with creative and web teams to align ad messaging with landing page experience
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to ensure spend efficiency and maximum ROI
  • Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking, attribution, and remarketing tags
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights
  • Run A/B tests on ads and landing pages to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay informed on search engine updates, platform innovations, and protocols
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports and recommendations to marketing leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field—or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience managing paid search (SEM) campaigns in eCommerce, retail, or a related field
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets, and data interpretation
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and tag/pixel management
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize spend, and improve campaign efficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting persuasive ad copy
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently
  • Comfortable working remotely with team alignment during U.S. business hours (9 a.m. – 1 p.m. CT).
