Sales & Sustainably Team Leader

Responsibilities: Develop and implement sustainability strategies that meet the company's goals and objectives. Manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures. Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide feedback and guidance. Maintain accurate records of customer purchases and sales figures. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including staffing, customer relations, and inventory management. Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and drive customer loyalty. Foster strong relationships with peers, customers, and partners to ensure successful outcomes. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in sustainability and implementing best practices. Collaborate with other departments to ensure sustainability initiatives are properly executed and monitored.
